Currin & Dutra, LLP was founded in 1999 with a simple but enduring goal: to bring the quality of big-city legal representation to the people, families, and small businesses of Oxford, North Carolina. Twenty-six years later, that mission still guides everything we do.
From our office at 118 Main Street in historic downtown Oxford, our attorneys handle matters across more than a dozen practice areas — from residential closings to complex civil litigation, from estate planning to land use law for local municipalities.
We've earned the trust of major title insurance companies including Investor's Title, Chicago Title, Fidelity National, Consumers Title, and Statewide Title. We serve as long-standing counsel to the City of Creedmoor, the Town of Stovall, and the Granville County Board of Elections. And our reputation is reflected in the relationships we've built with regional banks like Central Carolina Bank, BB&T, Fidelity Bank, and others.

The firm is founded on Main Street
Currin & Dutra, LLP opens its doors in downtown Oxford with a simple goal: bring the quality of big-city legal representation to the people, families, and small businesses of Granville County.
